PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a secured cash depositing/dispensing service at a public relations site inexpensively and simply.;SOLUTION: A public relations cash processing system 10 includes a public relations terminal 100 which comprises the steps of: sending and registering amount information of a public relations cash and identification information of a hand-held safe 200 to a prescribed server in a financial institution; sending a cash transaction request containing depositing/dispensing details when a customer at the public relations site is successfully authenticated, and obtaining a result of an approval propriety decision for the cash transaction request by a prescribed manager; instructing depositing/dispensing processing according to the approved cash transaction request to the prescribed server; sending an instruction to unlock the hand-held safe 200 when a public relations staff is successfully authenticated; and sending amount information of cash stored in the hand-held safe 200 carried back thereafter to the prescribed server in the financial institution and performing the erasing processing of the amount information of the public relations cash in a processing unit 104.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
