PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for an electrostatic latent image developer that is used in a two-component developer used for electrophotography and an electrostatic recording method enabling high durability of the carrier, an electrostatic latent image developer using the carrier, a color toner developer, a developer for replenishment, an image forming method, a process cartridge including the electrostatic latent image developer, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided a carrier for an electrostatic latent image developer consisting of core material particles having magnetism and a resin layer coating the surface of each of the core material particles, and including conductive fine particles in the resin layer, where the conductive fine particles each have a base substance including at least a white inorganic pigment coated with a conductive layer including tin oxide, have a peak intensity ratio of 1.5 to 12, which is measured by fluorescent X-ray analysis and represented by (peak intensity of tin[kcps])/(peak intensity of element of base substance[kcps]), and includes one or more element selected from phosphorus and tungsten.
