PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fabric in which a fluid circuit for passing a fluidity medium is formed, and having an increased fit feeling to the body.SOLUTION: Provided is a fluid circuit-fitted composite fabric in which one side of a fiber base cloth 2 is provided with a fabric 4 laminated with a thermal fusible film 3, the sides of the thermal fusible film 3 in the fabric 4 are superimposed and prescribed parts are subjected to thermal fusion treatment into a composite fabric, and further, a fluid circuit 5 for passing a fluidity medium is formed. The thermal fusion treatment is hot pressing using a die having a prescribed circuit shape.
