PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality evaluation device etc. capable of evaluating whether or not a subject is abnormal, by using individual information (for example, age, gender, height, weight, somatic fat rate, or the like) and a respiratory rate of the subject.SOLUTION: An abnormality evaluation device detects respiration of a subject, and outputs the number of respirations included in a respiratory rate calculation period, as a measurement respiratory rate, on the basis of the detected respiration. The abnormality evaluation device calculates a reference respiratory rate on the basis of individual information on the subject, and compares the measurement respiratory rate with the reference respiratory rate to evaluate whether or not the subject is in an abnormal state.
