PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction system and the like capable of accurately predicting a predetermined physical quantity related to installation.;SOLUTION: A prediction system comprises: a database storing process data; and a computing unit calculating a predetermined physical quantity as a prediction value on the basis of the process data, and the computing unit constructs a plurality of prediction models for calculating prediction values using the process data contained in a data set as input variables and calculates the prediction values from the constructed prediction models, respectively (S21); diagnoses whether process data D1 used as the input variable is abnormal for each of the constructed prediction models (S22); makes setting such that the prediction model including the process data D1 diagnosed as being abnormal as the input variable is not used (S24); and selects one of the prediction values predicted by the prediction models in response to preset priorities of the prediction models (S25).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
