PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for positively discharging a large amount of discharged sea water.SOLUTION: It is self evident that if air with 1 atmospheric pressure within a sea atmospheric-pressure zone is injected all through several tens of "high pressure air injectors" made by a large amount of sea atmospheric-pressure air installed cylinders from a bottom side portion of a discharged sea water main water tank, the large amount of air is injected out through powerful buoyancy and immersed to generate positive discharged sea water discharging pressure flow within the discharged sea water main water tank, and a tremendous amount of discharged air volume is present infinitely in atmospheric air above the sea. Although the sea electric power generation is highly promoted, this concept is merely discovered. It is considered that it becomes possible to discharge a large amount of injected air in a further comfortable manner under improvement of various types of high pressure air injectors to be installed at the bottom side portion of the discharged sea water main water tank. An "air discharged buoyancy activating discharging device" illustrated in Fig.2 has been improved and a device capable of further lightly performing the large amount of air discharging method has been discovered.
