PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capture permission control device, a capture permission control method, a program, and an information memory medium, capable of realizing, more easily than before, a complex control about capture permission of a displayed image.SOLUTION: A display control part 38a controls so that an image that is generated by executing a program is displayed on a display part. A capture level value acquisition part 46 acquires a capture level value that represents a degree of permission or prohibition of capturing of an image that is displayed on the display part. A reference value acquisition part 50 acquires a reference value that is a reference for capture permission of the image. A capture permission control part 54 controls capture permission of the image that is displayed on the display part, according to a comparison result between the capture level value that is acquired and the reference value that is acquired.
