PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route presentation device capable of presenting a route in a district in the unit of city or town, based on past behavior of a traveler.SOLUTION: A route presentation device includes: a data acquisition part which acquires data including positional information, time information, and ID for discriminating the mobile terminal transmitted from a mobile terminal; a data storage part in which the positional information, the time information, and the ID acquired by the data acquisition part are associated with the data and stored; a specific spot estimation part which performs clustering of data based on the positional information stored in the data storage part and estimates a place where pieces of positional information are gathered as a specific spot; a link strength estimation part which estimates link strength between specific spots by counting the number of the mobile terminals moved between specific spots, based on the time information and the ID; and a route setting part which acquires current positional information from the mobile terminal, and based on the link strength, sets a recommendation route for moving from a current position to a specific spot, and transmits the recommendation route to the mobile terminal.
