PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbing and desorbing agent being excellent in: a moisture absorption amount per unit weight sufficient for absorbing and desorbing a large amount of moisture; a sufficient absorbing and desorbing speed for regenerating the properties of the absorbing and desorbing agent in a short time; and shape stability durable for repeated use, and having the well-balanced properties.;SOLUTION: An absorbing and desorbing agent contains a polymer having: at least one group selected from a group consisting of a group expressed as -SO₃^-M⁺ and a group expressed as -COO^-M⁺; and a total mole number of a group expressed as -SO₃^-M⁺ and a group expressed as -COO^-M⁺, the total mole number of the group is 2 mmol/g or more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
