PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to identify an operation work history for dealing with an operational situation influenced by an indirect factor.;SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: means for storing an operation work history and a situation history indicating situations of a plurality of work subjects; feature amount generation means for calculating a work ratio that is a ratio of work implemented by each of the plurality of work subjects for implementing operation work of a computer on the basis of the operation work history indicating events relating to the operation work, and generating a feature amount indicating features of the situation history indicating the situations of the plurality of work subjects on the basis of the work ratio and the situation history; and retrieval means for retrieving the operation work history on the basis of the feature amount and outputting a retrieval result including a desired operation work history.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
