PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave motion regulator that is easily assembled and can prevent performance from being deteriorated by breakage of the inner structure, reverse of a magnet or inclination of a magnet in a container due to impact during use.SOLUTION: A container 3 includes at least one wave motion regulating unit 11 that has: at least one crystal 2; and a pair of magnets 1 to be arranged so as to interpose the crystal. An inner surface of the container at least includes: a side part that is integrally formed into a cylindrical shape; and two lid parts that close apertures on both ends of the side part. An inner diameter D of the container has a dimension that: is larger than each outer diameter of the magnets and the crystal to the extent enabling at least the magnets and the crystal to fully smoothly move in the container; is small to the extent capable of preventing the magnets from rotating so as to reverse magnet poles in the container and enabling a magnetic field perpendicular to a surface facing the magnets to penetrate through all crystals in the same wave motion regulating unit; and is determined at least by an outer diameter d and thickness w of the respective magnets, the outer diameter of the crystal and the number of the crystals.
