PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to, even when an application including a voice call function is repeatedly versioned up, manage a loudness level of a voice call service.;SOLUTION: When transmission is performed from a terminal device, on which an application including a voice call function after version-up is installed, to an arbitrary opposite terminal and a predetermined input signal is sent as a call voice, an encoded voice data signal outputted from the application or a packet data signal outputted from an access point of a wireless LAN connected with the terminal device is captured, a voice signal is generated from the captured encoded voice data signal or packet data signal, a loudness level with respect to the voice signal and a loudness level with respect to the predetermined input signal are calculated, and transmission loudness rating after the version-up is calculated based on a difference between the calculated two loudness levels.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
