PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain voltage by following also voltage fluctuation of a power distribution system due to factors such as variation of photovoltaic generation quantity, which is hard to be predicted without increasing communication loads.;SOLUTION: A local voltage controller is connected with voltage control equipment, and adjusts control volume of the voltage control equipment so that a voltage value to be controlled by the voltage control equipment is maintained within ranges of a voltage upper limit value and a voltage lower limit value to be updated by a command. A centralized voltage controller 8 is connected with a local voltage controller via a communication network 7, and has a voltage upper and lower value determination part which determines the voltage upper limit value and the voltage lower limit value to be updated by the local voltage controller, and commands the voltage upper limit value and the voltage lower limit value to the local voltage controller via the communication network 7. The centralized voltage controller 8 varies size of the ranges of the voltage upper limit value and the voltage lower limit value to be commanded based on a measurement result of a voltage tidal current measuring device 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
