PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain safety of realization processing of a bullion.SOLUTION: A consumer transaction facility 10 is configured so that, a record medium 2a of a bullion card 2 having a bullion 2b of noble metal records second account information and weight information of the bullion 2b, and a card information acquisition part 14 acquires first account information of a financial card 1, the second account information of the bullion card 2, and the weight information, and a bullion realization part 16 performs realization of a sum corresponding to the weight information, based on the weight information, when an account information determination part 15 determines matching of the first account information and second account information. Therefore, in the consumer transaction facility 10, a person who acquired the bullion card 2 dishonestly, cannot perform realization of the bullion 2b of the bullion card 2 by setting himself/herself up as an owner of the bullion card 2. Therefore the consumer transaction facility 10 can perform realization processing in a state that safety of realization transaction is maintained.
