DEVICE FOR DETECTING NEAR-INFRARED-RAY FLUORESCENCE OF SENTINEL LYMPH NODE AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that observes a sentinel lymph node in a body, more specifically, a device that observes the sentinel lymph node by detecting near-infrared-ray fluorescence by a fluorescent substance like ICG at the sentinel lymph node, and to provide a near-infrared-ray fluorescence detection method for the sentinel lymph node.SOLUTION: In realizing a composite image that reproduces near-infrared-ray fluorescence to be emitted by a fluorescent substance like ICG and exciting light along with visible radiation image, a device detects a sentinel lymph node with high accuracy by a hue contrast method and/or a time modulation method using a near-infrared-ray fluorescence image signal and a visible ray reflection image signal.
