PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a derailment restoration device, a maintenance vehicle and a derailment restoration method which enable restoration from derailment.SOLUTION: A derailment restoration device includes: a support body 10 which can be arranged so as to stretch over rails 101; a movable body 11 movable on the support body 10 in the width direction of a vehicle body 2; and a pair of lifting cylinders 12 disposed on both sides in the width direction of the vehicle body 2 to relatively displace the movable body 11 and the support body 10 in the vertical direction with respect to the vehicle body 2. One of the vehicle body 2 and the movable body 11 comprises a main body part 21 arranged movably in the width direction with respect to the support body 10, and a slider 22 arranged movably in the width direction with respect to the main body part 21. The pair of lifting cylinders 12 are disposed so that one end is rigidly connected to the vehicle body 2 and the other end is mounted rotatably with respect to the movable body 11. Further, the other end of one lifting cylinder 12 of the pair of lifting cylinders 12 is mounted on the movable body 11 via the slider 22.
