PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an image at a moment a photographer intends.SOLUTION: A light-emitting unit comprises: a three-axis acceleration sensor 52 that detects an impact made on a wristband 50 which is a light-emitting unit for emitting visible light on which any information is superposed; and a control unit 53 that determines whether the magnitude of impact detected by the three-axis acceleration sensor 52 is equal to or more than a preset threshold value or not and makes a high luminance LED light-emitting part 51 emit visible light on which information according to the determination result is superposed. A digital camera 10, which is a light receiving unit, receives the information and photographs.
