PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saturation absorption line determination method capable of excellently recognizing a saturation absorption line by determining whether or not noise is superimposed on a second-order differential signal.;SOLUTION: A saturation absorption line determination method includes: a first comparison process ST2A in which an output value of a second-order differential signal S2 of an optical output signal S1 and a first threshold are compared with each other; a second comparison process ST2B in which the output value of the optical output signal S1 and a second threshold are compared with each other; and an absorption line determination processes ST2C and 2D which determine whether or not it is the absorption line on the basis of comparison results of the first comparison process ST2A and the second comparison process ST2B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
