PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet excellent in cold cracking nature.;SOLUTION: The hot rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet is adopted which is excellent in cold cracking nature has a steel composition which contains, by mass, 0.0010%-0.010% of C, 0.01%-1.0% of Si, 0.01%-2.00% of Mn, less than 0.040% of P, at most 0.010% of S, 10.0%-30.0% of Cr, 1.0%-2.0% of Cu, 0.001%-0.10% of Al, and 0.0030%-0.0200% of N with the balance made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein in a crystal grain, the number density of a Cu cluster comprising Cu having at most 5 nm of a maximum diameter is less than 2×10¹³/mm³.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
