PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tool locus in which chattering vibration is suppressed and machining efficiency is high, by obtaining machining conditions taking a vibration increase/decrease influence value into account.;SOLUTION: Information that a vibration characteristic is unknown, the permissible value of a machining process gain, etc. are inputted at S400, a feed rate which becomes the maximum value is selected at S410, a cutting amount and so forth are temporarily determined at S420, and the feeding direction of a tool with respect to a work material is temporarily determined at S430. At S440, a machining process gain matrix is calculated by analytically or experimentally obtaining an average value of respective axial direction components of an increment of cutting force, which is caused when minute displacements in respective axial directions are given between the tool and the work material, the magnitude of the machining process gain is calculated by using the ratio of chattering vibration in the respective axial directions, and it is determined whether or not the calculated machining process gain is equal to or less than the permissible value. If the calculated machining process gain is not greater than the permissible value, a machining condition is determined at S450, and at S460, within a range that the machining process gain does not exceed the permissible value, machining conditions of corners and so forth of a product are calculated and a machining feed direction is selected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
