PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a power distribution system facility evaluation device and power distribution system facility evaluation method capable of accurately evaluating a power distribution system.;SOLUTION: A power distribution system facility evaluation device for evaluating a power distribution system comprises a processor for: searching for an evaluation target facility from a plurality of facilities installed in the power distribution system; identifying an outage initial range immediately after outage and an after-switch switching outage range after switching a switch on the assumption that the outage is caused by a failure of an evaluation target facility obtained as a result of the search, and identifying a user included in the identified outage initial range and a user included in the after-switch switching outage range; calculating assumed outage time for each identified user; calculating, for each user, an electric charge which would be obtained on the assumption that the outage did not occur by multiplying the calculated assumed outage time for each user by a power consumption amount per unit time and a unit price of the electric charge; and calculating a loss amount caused by the outage of a loss amount by adding up the calculated charges of respective users.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
