PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing a bicycle by using bicycle identification information.;SOLUTION: A bicycle parking place terminal 200 and a bicycle management device 300 are connected through a line. The bicycle parking place terminal 200 comprises: bicycle identification information reading means for reading bicycle identification information from a bicycle identification medium; and means for transmitting, to the bicycle management device, bicycle parking information in which the bicycle identification information and arrangement place specification information for specifying an arrangement place for the bicycle parking place terminal are associated with each other. The bicycle management device 300 comprises: bicycle parking available place specification means for, on the basis of the bicycle identification information included in the bicycle parking information received from the bicycle parking place terminal 200, specifying a bicycle parking available place for a bicycle; and arrangement place specification means for, on the basis of the arrangement place specification information included in the bicycle parking information, specifying an arrangement place for the bicycle parking place terminal. When the bicycle parking available place specified by the bicycle parking available place specification means and the arrangement place specified by the arrangement place specification means are matched with each other, it is determined that the bicycle is parked at a place where the bicycle is allowed to be parked.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
