PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chart data processor, a chart data processing method and a chart data processing program capable of efficiently developing/storing data with a simple operation.SOLUTION: The chart data processor includes: an operation input reception section; a data selection section; and a display section. The operation input reception section receives an input of an operation specifying a desired cell and a direction in a chart data having a hierarchical matrix structure. The data selection section selects a data corresponding to a row and a column including a cell, or any of the row and the column according to the input of the operation which is received by the operation input reception section. When the specified direction represents a development of the data, the display section displays a data from a layer lower than that of the data on the display device next to the data according to the input of the operation without changing the display position selected by the data selection section.
