New tire distributed manufacturing system and method enabling improved performance characteristics

The system and method for decentralizing tire manufacturing allows preselecting the properties of a new casing (90) by individually selecting the properties of the casing (90). The components and raw materials are preselected to provide improved and individualized performance characteristics when combined with a separately manufactured new cured tire tread (140). The new hardened tread (140) is manufactured individually in such a way that pre-selected processing and raw materials can be used to selectively improve performance characteristics. The preselected materials and processes used for individual manufacture of the cured tread (140) from the casing (90) are selected to provide an improved final result that is tuned through preselection. In this manner, the final tread and casing combination can be created in such a way as to improve one or more performance characteristics of the final tire. [Selection] Figure 8
