PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring design method for accurately simulating the manufacturing process of wire harness.;SOLUTION: A control part 11 of a wiring simulation device 1 is configured to, when acquiring initial design information (step 101), perform convergence calculation for executing predetermined processing several times by using an analysis model with the acquired initial design information as constraints, and to simulate the wiring operation of a cable (step 102). The control part 11 is configured to perform the convergence calculation for executing the predetermined processing several times on the basis of the result of simulation in the step 102, and to simulate the packing operation of the cable (step 103).
