PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood glucose-decreasing agent which works fast when using with exercise, which is highly safe and can decrease blood glucose level promptly.;SOLUTION: A blood glucose-decreasing agent which works fast when using with exercise contains at least any of Protopanaxatriol, Panaxatriol, Protopanaxadiol, and Panaxadiol. The embodiment such that at least any of the Protopanaxatriol, Panaxatriol, Protopanaxadiol, and Panaxadiol are contained in a strong acid-treated material of Araliaceae carrot, or the embodiment such that the strong acid-treated material is obtained by applying a strong acid aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.01-4 mol/L to the Araliaceae carrot to perform hydrolysis treatment under presence of lower alcohol, or the like is preferable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
