PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a TCP throughput in consideration of a quality state of an IP layer such as traffic congestion in an actual field environment.;SOLUTION: A TCP throughput estimation device for estimating a TCP throughput of a network includes: IP throughput feature amount calculation means for calculating a feature amount of an IP throughput from time transition information on the IP throughput acquired from a user terminal; optimal time slot width estimation means for, on the basis of the calculated feature amount of the IP throughput and a predetermined function, calculating an estimation optimal time slot width for observing the IP throughput; time slot width conversion means for calculating time transition information on the optimal IP throughput for a time when the estimation optimal time slot width is applied; and TCP throughput estimation means for calculating an estimation value of the TCP throughput from the time transition information on the optimal IP throughput.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
