PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnout electric snow melting device remote control system which has high control ability, is installed at a low cost, and is capable of optimally controlling an electric snow melting device according to weather and seasons.SOLUTION: The system includes: an electric snow melting device 28 installed to a turnout; an electric snow melting device control board 20 installed near the turnout, for controlling on/off of the electric snow melting device 28 by a PLC; and an operation display board 10 for remotely controlling the electric snow melting device control board 20. Weather information of a turnout installation part is acquired through the Internet, the electric snow melting device 28 is turned on when a heavy snowfall warning or the like is issued, and presence/absence of snowfall is detected by a snowfall sensor 24 near the turnout when it is not issued. When there is a snowfall, the electric snow melting device 28 is turned on. When there is no snowfall, the electric snow melting device 28 is turned off when it is not winter. When it is winter, the winter is divided into a winter starting period, a severe winter period, and a winter ending period, a rail temperature to turn on the electric snow melting device 28 and a rail temperature to turn it off are set for the respective periods, and the electric snow melting device 28 is turned on/off.
