PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously observe the movement of a subject to be examined and the measuring data of the brain.SOLUTION: A brain activity measuring system 10 includes: a brain activity measuring apparatus 20; and a control unit 30. The brain activity measuring apparatus 20 includes: a mounting tool 22 mounted on the head part of the subject to be examined; and a plurality of displaying units 24 (24-24) arranged into a matrix-like shape on a base 23 of the outside of the mounting tool 22. A controlling apparatus 40 of the control unit 30 measures the blood flows and the brain waves in respective regions of the brain accompanied with the activity of the brain of the subject to be examined, stores these measuring data (measuring values) into a memory 42, determines the activity levels at respective measuring points of the respective regions based on the measuring data, and controls displaying colors and on-off speeds of respective displaying units 24 (24-24) corresponding to respective measuring points from the determined results.
