PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a setting operation and an apparatus state of another apparatus which is communicably connected to an apparatus accessed by an operator terminal browsable, and display a browsing status of the setting operation and the apparatus state on a terminal which is preliminarily set by a user.;SOLUTION: When there is a problem in an electrical appliance 10 communicably connected to an operation assistant terminal 20 to which an operator terminal 150 has accessed, a setting operation and an apparatus state of the electrical appliance 10 can be browsed by using the operation assistant terminal 20, and a browsing status of the setting operation and the apparatus state is displayed on an operation screen display terminal 50 preliminarily set by a user.
