PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide enzymatic saccharification raw material which can be stored for a long period of time, has excellent enzymatic saccharification rate, and furthermore, by which a transport cost can be reduced, and a manufacturing method of the material, a manufacturing method of sugar using the enzymatic saccharification raw material, and a manufacturing method of ethanol and a manufacturing method of lactic acid using the sugar.;SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of an enzymatic saccharification raw material which includes a heating and pressurizing process of heating and pressurizing biomass raw materials containing cellulose, a manufacturing method of sugar which includes a process of performing enzymatic saccharification to enzymatic saccharification raw material obtained by the manufacturing method of the enzymatic saccharification raw material to obtain sugar, a manufacturing method of ethanol which includes a process of fermenting the sugar obtained by the manufacturing method of sugar to obtain ethanol, a manufacturing method of lactic acid which includes a process of fermenting the sugar obtained by the manufacturing method of sugar to obtain lactic acid, and an enzymatic saccharification raw material which is obtained from biomass raw materials containing cellulose, whose moisture content is 8 mass % to 25 mass %, and enzymatic saccharification rate is 25% or more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
