PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen pasta food, without damaging the flavor inherent to a pasta with sauce on top.;SOLUTION: The step of preparing noodles for a pasta with sauce on top includes: shaping boiled noodles into a predetermined approximately tabular form; adding lard onto the single side of the shaped pasta noodles, with a predetermined proportion to the weight of the pasta noodle; folding the pasta noodles with presence of the lard inside thereof; and putting the folded pasta noodles in a bag so as to be vacuum packed. Consequently the lard is well attached to the surface of the pasta noodles, so that the texture unique to a pasta with sauce on top can be reproduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
