PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm pattern analyzing device which can suppress operation man-hours by operators and also control an operation alarm that intricately occurs to be properly restrained.;SOLUTION: The alarm pattern analyzing device comprises: an operation application reception unit 14 for acquiring operation application information including time information of the operation time on a network device group 30 connected to a network 40; an alarm information acquisition unit 12 for acquiring alarm information including information determining the time when an alarm has occurred and information indicating whether a state of the alarm is recovered, in association; an alarm information storage unit 13 for storing the acquired alarm information; and a restraint pattern generation unit 15 which extracts alarm information indicating that an alarm has occurred during the operation time and a state of the alarm has already recovered from the alarm information storage unit 13 by using the operation application information, as an operation alarm, and generates a restraint pattern by using the extracted operation alarm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
