PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enhancing a polyisoprenoid biosynthesis pathway, and also provide an isoprenoid-producing plant in which the polyisoprenoid biosynthesis pathway is enhanced, and a method for producing a polyisoprenoid using the isoprenoid-producing plant.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for modulating the expression of hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA reductase by Myb transcription factor.
