PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulated rainfall data generation device capable of investigating so as to grasp a situation where an event easily occurs due to rainfall such as flood, a generation method, and a program.;SOLUTION: The simulated rainfall data generation device includes an information acquisition unit and a rainfall amount calculation unit. The information acquisition unit acquires feature amount in a rainfall state.
