PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of medical information including inaccurate or ambiguous expression.SOLUTION: A comment importing unit 51 receives a character string via a network from a comment input unit 51 of a computer device in a hospital for inputting the character string related to requirements or precautions in a medical treatment. A hospital information management unit 55 determines whether the received character string is grammatically correct or not. When the hospital information management unit 55 determines it to be correct, a delivery unit 57 transmits to the computer device that it is correct, and when the hospital information management unit 55 determines that it is incorrect, transmits to a delivery information receiving unit 59 of the computer device that it is incorrect.
