PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of entire ticket issue processing by giving processing priority in processing requests from teller terminals to the respective teller terminals according to the processing state of the teller terminals.;SOLUTION: The ticket issue processing management device processes ticket issue processing requests received from plural teller terminals each performing the ticket issue processing. The ticket issue processing management device stores the processing priority of the ticket issue processing requests from the teller terminals in association with specific groups; acquires at least terminal operation logs from the teller terminals at predetermined time intervals; calculates average service interval and average terminal operation time of the respective teller terminals in the latest previous time interval based on the operation record; and gives the higher order to the terminal that has the shorter service interval and operation time to re-sort the teller terminals into the groups in the order of higher processing priority.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
