PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like heater having high heat insulation and flexibility, familiar to the skin, and allowing for the start/stop control of heating at an arbitrary timing, and easy integration with a ware, and a heating method of the sheet-like heater, and to provide a ware with a built-in heater, a heating method of a ware with a built-in heater, and a measurement method using a ware with a built-in heater.SOLUTION: A sheet-like heater 4 is composed of fibers or a cloth coated with a conductive polymer. In a heating method of the sheet-like heater 4, voltage application terminals 6A, 6B are installed at more than one positions of the sheet-like heater 4, and a voltage is applied to the voltage application terminals 6A, 6B.
