PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy for estimating users affected by generated failure in a computer system providing users with services via a network.;SOLUTION: The failure affected user calculation apparatus includes: a log-in user calculation unit that, when a failure is detected in a service server, calculates users logged in the service server on the basis of a service server log including a login and logout history of users with respect to the service server; a use request user calculation unit that calculates users requesting the use of the service after the detection of the failure in the service server, on the basis of a network apparatus log including a packet history transferred in the network apparatus; and a failure affected user calculation unit that calculates users affected by the failure on the basis of the users calculated by the login user calculation unit and the users calculated by the use request user calculation unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
