PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NK cell activation method which enables NK cells which have non-specific cytotoxic activity to various tumor cells and virus-infected cells and the like or ADCC activity to be activated to grow safely and easily without being mixed with K562 and the like; and an NK cell growth method and a cell production method using this, and monocytes which contain a large amount of NK cells.;SOLUTION: In the NK cell activation method, NK cells are activated by stimulating monocytes containing T cells and NK cells by CD52 agonists.
