PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber latex, and a product obtained thereby.;SOLUTION: In the method for producing a carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber latex, materials are primarily charged and reactants are mixed, and, using a gradient temperature rising system, emulsion polymerization reaction is caused.
