PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize a maintenance management place of a building that is required in a specified period.;SOLUTION: A building maintenance management system includes: storage means that stores, for a building material and facility model, a durable term and a building management ledger in which management cost necessary at a lapse of the durable term is associated; and control means that executes management cost calculation processing for calculating management cost required in a specified period on the basis of the durable term and the management cost necessary at a lapse of the durable term and management place display processing for performing three-dimensional display of a building on the basis of the building material and facility model and displaying the building material and facility model approaching the durable term within the specified period in a display form different from that of the other building material and facility model.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
