PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding and planting construction panel by which the time required for laying work can be sufficiently shortened.;SOLUTION: The seeding and planting construction panel according to the present invention comprises: an approximately rectangular panel body; lattice-shaped grooves which extend in directions that match a circumference of the panel body and are provided for a front surface or a rear surface of the panel body; drain holes which are provided in rectangular cells partitioned by the lattice-shaped grooves and penetrate the panel body in a thickness direction; and water-retaining recesses provided in the rectangular cells and on the front surface of the panel body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
