PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction agitation processing tool that can execute the friction agitation bonding of a connection part having an edge offset part by a simpler system and simpler means than conventional one, and to provide a friction agitation processing device provided with the tool.SOLUTION: A friction agitation processing tool 30, used for friction agitation processing having a shoulder 34 to oppress a workpiece surface and a pin 32 that can be driven to project beyond the shoulder 34 and to rotate for plasticization under introduction into at least one workpiece to be processed, has a block opening 42 in a circumference region so that the shoulder 34 may not be guided to surround the whole periphery. The friction agitation processing device is also provided with the friction agitation processing tool.
