PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceptance plan formulation method for formulating a detail and valid acceptance plan.;SOLUTION: In a step S1, an optimization problem (integer linear planning method) for temporarily determining the allocation of ships to a factory is solved from annual ship service schedule data, the specification data of each tank in each factory for distributing raw materials and purpose-categorized annual demand amount list data in each factory. In a step S2, the optimization problem for creating a tank-categorized acceptance plan is solved from the annual ship service schedule data, the detail specification data of each tank in each factory for distributing raw materials and the purpose-categorized annual demand amount list data in each factory on the basis of the temporary determination plan of the allocation of ships to the factory solved in the processing of the step S1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
