PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method which can maintain cellular functions by improving permeability of nutrition, oxygen, a drug and a reagent from culture medium, while adhering a three-dimensional aggregate with the cellular function similar to organisms on a culture vessel.;SOLUTION: A cell aggregate containing particles can be formed while adhering cells to a culture vessel by giving micro scaffold particles having cell adhesion and substance permeability on the cell after plating isolated cells in the culture vessel and sedimenting the cells on a culture surface.
