PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and remove by vibration various defective workpieces, with broken-off or lost parts, of electronic components having square or circular flange parts at both ends of their shaft parts.;SOLUTION: Respective inclination angles θ₁, θ₂ of inclined support surfaces S₁, S₂ of a pair of left and right support blocks V₁, V₂ are different from each other; and the distance L₁ between respective apex parts P₁, P₂ of the pair of support blocks V₁, V₂ for forming a dropping hole H of a defective workpiece W₁₁ is set to a dimension allowing the defective workpiece W₁₁ to drop from the dropping hole H by the change of a suspension posture, where a shaft part K₁ of the defective workpiece W₁₁ with one-side flange part F₁ broken off is inserted in the dropping hole H and the remaining flange part F₁ is supported on the respective inclined support surfaces S₁, S₂ of the respective support blocks V₁, V₂.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
