PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw up an appropriate operation plan reflecting an intention of an operator.;SOLUTION: A pump operation plan support device, which is an operation plan support device to draw up an operation plan of a plurality of pumps which send polluted water flowing into a water treatment plant to a subsequent water treatment installation, comprises: operation plan drawing up treatment means which draws up a plurality of pump operation plans by using an optimization method with respect to a plurality of object functions incorporating a plurality of functions for a plurality of objectives expected to be realized on the basis of an inflow forecast value of the polluted water; operation plan display and selection means which displays the plurality of drawn up pump operation plans to enable an operator to select the pump operation plan reflecting an intention thereof from the plurality of drawn up pump operation plans; and operation plan storing management means which stores the selected pump operation plan as the pump operation plan for sending the polluted water to be treated to the subsequent water treatment installation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
