PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipoint probe capable of achieving a remarkably high spatial resolution as compared with the conventional probe.SOLUTION: A multipoint probe 100 according to the present invention is formed of a tubular laminate 10A which is made by disposing on a sheet-like insulating base material a plurality of electronic contacts 2 separated from each other and a plurality of wires connected to each electronic contact 2 to make an electronic contact sheet, and then winding the electronic contact sheet from one end toward the other end, thus stacking the sheet to form the tubular laminate 10A. In the multipoint probe, the electronic contacts are exposed without being covered by the sheet-like insulating base material, and the wires are at least partially covered by the sheet-like insulating material except the wire 3a on the top layer.
