PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain discharge device of a continuous pressure braising apparatus, capable of discharging drain without leaking steam from a braising can as much as possible and without clogging; and a drain discharge method of the continuous pressure braising apparatus.;SOLUTION: The drain discharge device 20 of the continuous pressure braising apparatus for continuously pressure-braising raw materials 3 inside the braising can 2 includes: a drain collecting storage tank 24 connected to the braising can 2; a sensor 31 for detecting the quantity of drain within the storage tank 24; and an automatic valve 27 connected to the storage tank 24 for discharging the drain. The drain discharge device 20 also includes a control mechanism 36 for automatically discharging drain from the storage tank 24 by controlling the opening/closing drive of the automatic valve 27 based on a detection signal of the sensor 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
